Delivery and Returns

Orders placed after midday are processed the next working day.

The buyer must arrange to take delivery between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, and the goods must be signed for. Failure to do this gives the company the right to charge all costs incurred.

Orders are delivered by various means usually on a pallet by a Tail lift vehicle.

Due to health and safety and insurance requirements, goods can only be delivered to a kerbside or nearest accessible point. Goods cannot be transported over loose, uneven or steep surfaces, nor can they be taken up steps or lifts nor can they be transported into a property.

The company must be notified by e-mail or fax within 48 hours of delivery of any claims by the buyer of any shortage or damage to goods in transit.

The risk in the goods passes to the buyer on receipt of delivery.

We recommend a tiler is booked after the tiles have been delivered.
