Shade variation is often an inherent feature of tiles. Please ensure you check your tiles for quality and shade before fixing, the company cannot accept responsibility once the tiles have been fixed. No guarantee is given against crazing or shade variation between different batches.
We supply plain tiles in full cartons only.
We recommend ordering an extra 10% of Tiles to allow for cuts & wastage.
Samples are sent free of delivery charges.
All deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

If you require delivery to the Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland or Eire please contact us for prices and delivery.
The buyer must arrange to take delivery in accordance with the stated delivery times, failure to do this gives the company the right to charge all costs incurred.
The company will not accept any claim for financial compensation for late delivery.
If unable to inspect the order thoroughly, please write 'Driver couldn't wait, goods may be damaged' on delivery paperwork.
Orders are delivered by various means usually on a pallet by a Tail lift vehicle.
Due to health and safety and insurance requirements goods cannot be transported into a property.
The company must be notified by e-mail or fax within 48 hours of delivery of any claims by the buyer of any shortage or damage to goods in transit.
The risk in the goods passes to the buyer on receipt of delivery.
No claims can be accepted for late or incorrect delivery.
We recommend a tiler is booked after the tiles have been delivered.
We give a full refund for full cartons of tiles in their original packaging accompanied by a copy of the receipt providing they are a current stock item and the same shade as those we have in stock at the time of the return. Adhesives and grouts where the packaging has been opened would not be accepted (as, of course, they are then subject to deterioration), nor would tools etc. which have been used or the packaging be opened.
Please contact us before returning goods to ensure they are acceptable. Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days, upon receipt of returned products.
